Jakarta – Menanggapi informasi yang beredar mengenai dugaan adanya Oknum anggota Polsek Menteng meminta bantuan partisipasi melalui surat, kami menyampaikan beberapa hal sebagai berikut :
1. Surat tersebut tidak teregistrasi di Polsek menteng dan dibuat tanpa diketahui dan diverifikasi Kanit Binmas selaku atasannya.
2. Saat ini Propam Polres Jakpus Telah melakukan pemeriksaan intensif terhadap nama – nama yg ada dalam surat tersebut termasuk pembuat surat yaitu Bhabinkamtibmas Pegangsaan sampai dengan Kanit Binmas Polsek Menteng hingga pihak penerima surat.
3. . Hasil pemeriksaan bahwa surat tersebut dibuat oleh AIPDA ANWAR selaku Bhabin Kamtibmas Pegangsaan atas inisiatif sendiri dan sengaja tidak melaporkan kepada pimpinannya, termasuk tidak meregistrasi penomoran surat secara prosedural. Terhadap AIPDA ANWAR, telah dilakukan Patsus 20 hari dalam rangka pemeriksaan pelanggaran kode etik, selanjutnya dinonaktifkan dengan menunjuk Personil Pengganti sebagai Bhabin Kamtibmas Kel. pegangsaan.
