Dirgayuza menegaskan bahwa sejak awal buku ini dirancang sebagai instrumen diplomasi negara.
“Buku Rasa Bhayangkara Nusantara kami tulis sebagai jembatan komunikasi kebijakan Indonesia kepada dunia.
