TANGSEL – Dinas Kesehatan (Dinas) Kota Tangerang Selatan (Tangsel) melakukan monitoring dan pengawasan terhadap keamanan pangan hidangan buka puasa atau takjil di sejumlah titik strategis di Kota Tangsel.
Kepala Dinkes Kota Tangsel dr. Allin Hendalin Mahdaniar mengatakan, kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan oleh petugas dari sejumlah puskesmas.
“Untuk memastikan masyarakat dapat beribadah dengan tenang dan sehat, Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tangerang Selatan bersama UPTD Puskesmas se-Kota Tangerang Selatan melakukan monitoring dan pengawasan keamanan pangan di berbagai titik strategis wilayah Tangerang Selatan,” kata Allin pada Rabu (4/3/2026).
Kegiatan monitoring tersebut, kata Allin, sebagai upaya Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan menjamin kualitas pangan dan mencegah adanya warga risiko keracunan.
“Langkah ini dilakukan guna menjamin kualitas pangan olahan siap saji serta mencegah risiko keracunan pangan. Petugas melaksanakan uji petik sampel takjil yang berpotensi tercemar, memastikan tidak adanya penggunaan bahan tambahan pangan yang dilarang,” papar Allin.
Allin menuturkan, dalam monitoring tersebut Dinkes Kota Tangsel tak hanya lakukan uji petik sampel, tapi juga lakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi langsung ke para pedagang untuk menjaga pangan higienis dan terhindar dari paparan zat kimia berbahaya.
“Kami edukasi pedangan untuk menjaga pangan selalu higienis dan tertutup, tempat berjualan bersih, tertata, dan jauh dari sumber limbah. Serta menggunakan wadah yang aman (food grade) bagi konsumen,” tuturnya.
Dia berharap, melalui kegiatan tersebut dapat menjaga komitmen untuk menghadirkan ramadhan yang sehat, aman dan penuh berkah.
