Jakarta Selatan – Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) bersama Bareskrim Polri melakukan penggeledahan di kantor sekuritas PT MASI yang berlokasi di Gedung Treasury Tower, Kawasan District 8, SCBD, Kebayoran Lama, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (4/3/2026). Penggeledahan tersebut dilakukan dalam rangka penyidikan kasus dugaan manipulasi penawaran saham perdana atau initial public offering (IPO) serta dugaan pelanggaran di bidang pasar modal.
Direktur Eksekutif Penyidik Sektor Jasa Keuangan OJK, Daniel Bolly Hyronimus Tifaona, menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian dari proses penyidikan yang dilakukan OJK bersama Bareskrim Polri untuk memperkuat alat bukti dalam perkara yang tengah ditangani.
“Kami dari OJK dan Bareskrim Polri melakukan kegiatan penyidikan yaitu penggeledahan. Penggeledahan di PT MA. Bareskrim mendampingi kami dalam proses tersebut,” ujar Daniel kepada awak media di kawasan SCBD, Jakarta, Rabu (4/3).
Ia menerangkan, perkara ini melibatkan ASS selaku beneficial owner PT BEBS dan MWK selaku mantan Direktur Investment Banking PT MASI, serta turut menyeret korporasi PT MASI. Berdasarkan hasil penyidikan, korporasi tersebut diduga masih terlibat dalam praktik yang melanggar ketentuan perundang-undangan di bidang pasar modal.
Menurut Daniel, modus yang digunakan dalam perkara tersebut mencakup praktik insider trading, manipulasi IPO, serta transaksi semu (wash sale) yang terjadi dalam kurun waktu 2020 hingga 2022. Praktik tersebut dinilai melanggar prinsip keadilan (fairness) dalam transaksi pasar modal.
OJK telah menetapkan ASS dan MWK sebagai tersangka. Keduanya diduga melanggar Pasal 104 juncto Pasal 90 subsidair Pasal 107 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1995 tentang Pasar Modal. Berkas perkara terhadap kedua tersangka telah diselesaikan dan dikirim ke kejaksaan, dan saat ini tinggal menunggu P-21.
“Dua orang tersangka sudah kami selesaikan berkasnya dan telah kami kirim ke kejaksaan. Saat ini tinggal menunggu P-21,” jelas Daniel.
Selain proses pidana terhadap para tersangka, OJK juga telah melakukan pembekuan (freeze) terhadap sekitar 2 miliar lembar saham dengan nilai sekitar Rp14,5 triliun. Nilai tersebut dihitung dari harga saham sekitar Rp7.000 per lembar dalam periode 2021 hingga 2023. Saham-saham tersebut untuk sementara tidak dapat diperdagangkan.
Terkait barang bukti, Daniel menyebutkan sebagian besar berupa dokumen dan perangkat penyimpanan data seperti USB. Seluruh barang bukti tersebut akan dilakukan pemilahan lebih lanjut di kantor penyidik.
“Nanti di kantor akan kami pilah-pilah. Yang tidak diperlukan akan kami kembalikan. Aset tidak ada, mayoritas berupa dokumen dan media penyimpanan data,” ujarnya.
OJK bersama Bareskrim Polri menegaskan komitmennya untuk menuntaskan perkara ini secara profesional dan sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku guna menjaga integritas dan kepercayaan terhadap pasar modal Indonesia.
