JAKARTA – Pemandangan berbeda terlihat dalam pengamanan penyampaian aspirasi oleh kelompok mahasiswa di depan Mabes Polri, Jumat (27/2). Memasuki bulan suci Ramadhan, Polda Metro Jaya menerapkan pola pengamanan progresif yang jauh dari kesan kaku. Alih-alih barikade yang intimidatif, para personel yang bertugas justru tampil religius dengan mengenakan peci dan syal bagi polisi laki-laki, serta jilbab bagi Polwan, sebagai bentuk penghormatan terhadap kekhidmatan bulan puasa.
Langkah inovatif ini diperkuat dengan hadirnya Tim Sholawat Polda Metro Jaya yang bertugas menjadi tim negosiator sebagai garda terdepan dalam pelayanan pengamanan. Dialogis tim negosiator yang menyejukkan menggantikan instruksi-instruksi keras, menciptakan atmosfer dialogis antara aparat dan massa aksi. Pendekatan ini merupakan wujud nyata instruksi Kapolda Metro Jaya untuk senantiasa mengedepankan perlindungan, sisi humanis, serta penghormatan tinggi terhadap Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) dalam setiap giat pelayanan masyarakat.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, menegaskan bahwa prosedur pengamanan kali ini dilakukan dengan sangat ketat terkait aspek keselamatan namun tetap lembut secara persuasif. Seluruh personel yang terlibat dipastikan tidak diperbolehkan membawa senjata api (senpi) maupun peluru tajam. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menjamin keamanan para mahasiswa yang sedang menunaikan hak konstitusionalnya di muka umum.
> “Penyampaian aspirasi adalah hak konstitusi yang dijamin oleh Undang-Undang. Namun, karena saat ini adalah bulan suci Ramadhan, bapak Kapolda menginginkan suasana yang lebih sejuk. Kami menerjunkan personel dengan atribut religi dan tim sholawat agar komunikasi dengan rekan-rekan mahasiswa terjalin lebih harmonis dan tetap dalam koridor saling menghormati,” ujar Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto di lokasi, Jumat (27/2).
Polda Metro Jaya juga terus memberikan imbauan secara persuasif kepada para peserta aksi agar tetap tertib dalam menyampaikan poin-poin aspirasi. Pihak kepolisian menitipkan pesan agar massa aksi tetap menjaga fasilitas umum dan menghormati hak-hak pengguna jalan lainnya yang mungkin sedang mengejar waktu untuk berbuka puasa di rumah. Kolaborasi sikap dewasa dari mahasiswa dan pelayanan humanis dari Polri terbukti mampu menjaga situasi tetap kondusif tanpa gesekan berarti.
Hingga massa membubarkan diri dengan tertib, pelayanan pengamanan berbasis religi ini mendapat apresiasi positif karena dinilai mampu menurunkan tensi ketegangan di lapangan.
Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto menambahkan bahwa pola pengamanan yang progresif dan humanis ini akan terus dipertahankan sebagai standar pelayanan Polda Metro Jaya dalam mengawal demokrasi yang sehat, terutama di momen-momen spiritual seperti bulan Ramadhan.
